ONE DAY TREK

This expedition is for those who want to travel in areas not frequented by tourists.

One day trekking in the spectacular scenery and natural areas, as well as exhilarating white water rafting trip back to our headquarters. Rafting in Bahorok River.

This trip is ideal for those who do not want to do a long trip or expedition, but still want to experience some of the highlights of the Gunung Leuser National Park. You may be lucky to see wild orangutans in this area or a whole host of other animals indigenous to the region.

This trip takes you back to Bukit Lawang from where you can visit the wild orangutan feeding platform semifinals at the Orangutan.

We start at 08:00 am, your guide will meet you at your guesthouse. We will also see diverse other species of jungle flora and fauna, including see orangutan. We return to Bukit Lawang by river rafting.

*Natural medicines, identification & usage.
*Nature guiding – tree, plant & animal species, observation & identification of orangutans.

What to bring:

Suitable walking shoes, camera, big bottle of water, insect repellent, sun cream, swim wear and toilet paper.
